Delivery completion within 1 to 48 hours, subject to technical feasibility and order volume
Strict adherence to legal data retention and privacy policies
Compliance with platform standards to minimize risk of sanctions
Payments
Payments are final once processing or delivery begins
Overpayments (card, crypto, or any method) are treated as voluntary tips/donations unless otherwise agreed in writing
If a payment processor restricts our account, refunds may be delayed or unavailable through that method
Please contact support before opening any dispute or chargeback; we are here to help resolve issues quickly
Nitro Tokens
All tokens are pre-validated at time of sale; no warranty against post-purchase invalidation
CAPTCHA-free status cannot be guaranteed
Tokens are intended exclusively for server boosting and not for personal account use
Platform-initiated bans or terminations are not eligible for refunds or compensation
Server Boosting
3 Month boosts: valid 81 to 91 days
1 Month boosts: valid 25 to 30 days
1 Month boosts: valid 25 to 30 days
Disable anti-raid bots and security systems before boosting
No refunds or replacements if boosting accounts are removed by your server’s bots or settings
Boosts are non-transferable between servers
Removing boost accounts manually voids any replacement eligibility
Delivery & Support
Accurate server links, permissions, and details must be provided because errors may delay or prevent delivery
Do not revoke permissions during active delivery
Orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has started
All support requests must be submitted via official ticket system
Respectful communication is required; harassment or threats may result in denied support
Refunds & Warranty
No automatic cash refunds; we prioritize fixing or replacing issues caused by us
Claims must be reported within 1 hour of delivery completion
Evidence (screenshots or short recording plus order ID) may be required
No coverage for misuse, third-party interference, or platform policy changes beyond our control
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals will result in permanent service restriction
General Terms
Prices and these Terms of Service may change at any time without prior notice
Fraud attempts, false claims, or chargeback abuse will result in permanent loss of service access
Data collection is limited to what is necessary for service delivery
